   • CONTACT FORM

     Purpose: To provide a means for you to contact us and answer your requests for information, as well as to send you communications about our products, services and activities, including by electronic means, if you tick the acceptance box.

     Legitimation: The user’s consent when requesting information from us through our contact form and by ticking the acceptance box for sending information.

     Retention: Until your request has been answered by e-mail or through our form, if it has not generated a new treatment. If you have accepted to receive commercial mailings, until you request to unsubscribe from them.

   • REGISTRATION FORM

     Purpose: To register you as a user and allow you to access the services reserved for registered users of our website and to inform you of our activities, products and services, as well as to send you commercial communications about our products and services (including by electronic means), if you tick the acceptance box.

     Legitimation: The user’s consent when registering through our registration form and ticking the acceptance box for sending information.

     Retention: Until the registered user requests deregistration and thereafter for the legally stipulated periods.

   • SENDING OF E-MAILS

     Purpose: To reply to your requests for information, attend to your requests and answer your queries or doubts.

     Legitimation: The user’s consent when requesting information through the e-mail address.

     Conservation: Once your request is answered by e-mail, if it has not generated a new treatment.

   • SENDING OF CURRICULUM VITAE BY E-MAIL

     Purpose: To have your curriculum to participate in our personnel selection processes.

     Legitimation: The user’s consent to send us their personal information and CV for our personnel selection processes.

     Conservation: During the development of the open personnel selection processes and for 1 year for future processes.

   • SUBSCRIPTION TO OUR NEWSLETTER

     Purpose: Sending our commercial newsletter and informative and advertising communications about our products or services that may be of interest to you, including by electronic means.

     Legitimation: The user’s consent when subscribing to our commercial mailings and/or newsletters.

     Retention: Until the interested party revokes consent and requests to unsubscribe from the service.
